Got time for a workout? You do if you have 7 minutes! In this episode, Laura and Marana review Laura’s favorite fitness regimen, the 7 minute workout. We’ll review the benefits of high-intensity interval training, as well as launch Laura’s favorite workout app, called simply the Seven app, and review each exercise. Then, Laura will actually perform a live workout, trying not to laugh hysterically, while Marana comments on correct form and offers tips on ways to modify the workout for any fitness level.
